I have had a scheduling nightmare this week and somehow have not got my runs in. I did a workout last night but besides that, absolutely no running since Sunday. I suppose it is not too bad as I plan to run the 10 miler Sunday along with a fairly long warm/cooldown to give a long run for the day. I guess I will either be quite fresh or quite stale.....we will find out Sunday. I am not planning on racing so much as training, I plan on about 9:30 pace but you never know, if I feel good and get in a groove I might run faster.
